Let’s make ambitious work workable.

I am open to programme, project and implementation roles, selected consulting engagements and partnerships across social impact, international development and technology-enabled delivery.

My experience is particularly relevant where the work requires institutional coordination, thoughtful judgment, inclusive implementation and disciplined execution.

Good ideas need systems that can carry them.

Good ideas are not enough. Complex programmes need clear ownership, trusted partnerships, useful evidence and delivery systems that can adapt without losing the outcome.

01

Programme strategy and implementation

Turning institutional priorities into workable programmes, governance structures, milestones and accountable delivery.

02

Partnership and stakeholder coordination

Aligning government partners, funders, researchers, communities, specialists and delivery teams around shared outcomes.

03

Research, evidence and adaptation

Building practical systems for learning from implementation and improving decisions as work progresses.

04

Inclusive and responsible delivery

Integrating participation, safeguarding, accessibility, risk management and accountability into the programme model.

05

Budget, risk and operational oversight

Maintaining visibility across resources, dependencies, risks, decisions and delivery commitments.

06

Digital implementation

Connecting user needs, programme objectives and technical teams from requirements through quality assurance, adoption and closeout.

A transferable leadership approach for rights-based work, youth and community programmes, disability inclusion, financial access, international development and education.

Leadership for ambitious, multi-stakeholder work.

I am a PMP-certified programme and project leader working across social impact, international development and technology-enabled delivery.

Over the past eight years, I have led international programmes, cross-border product teams, research initiatives and founder-led social-impact work. My experience spans open knowledge, inclusion, education, financial services, digital platforms and community-centred implementation.

I am strongest when the work is ambitious, the stakeholders are varied and the route from strategy to implementation is not yet obvious.

I bring structure without becoming rigid, ask difficult questions early and pay close attention to the people who will ultimately live with the decisions being made.

I am also the founder of Ayola Foundation, where I am applying these principles to build responsible and engaging programmes for African children.
